• Graduate of Bryant University with a BS/BA Majoring in Accounting in 1982.

• Successfully completed the uniform CPA exam in 1982 and has been practicing as a CPA since 1985.

• Received a Masters of Science in Taxation in 1992.

• Large firm (Big 4), local firm and controllership experience. drawing on this experience established the accounting firm of James P. Ventriglia CPA, Inc. in 1991 to satisfy the accounting, tax and business advisory needs of franchisees.

• Firm has completed its 4th peer review without comments.

• Member of American Institute of CPA's

• Member of Rhode Island Society of CPA's
